How often should you do yoga? I am a firm believer that you should find at least 10 minutes everyday to stretch. Stretching allows you to release any tight tension that has been created by habitual stress or every day life. Feet and legs are our foundation, so this 38 minute video will help awaken & release tension from the toes to the hips AND possible from the hips, low back to upper neck.
