Kaycie is an experienced Yoga instructor and a lead trainer and curriculum planner in the Barefoot Freedom 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program.
She has always been a seeker, asking the big questions and exploring the nature of being. She passionately studied philosophy and psychology at the University of Portland, OR. After graduation she was accepted into the Teach for America program and became a special education teacher in Baton Rouge, LA for two years. During those challenging years she discovered the benefits of Yoga and meditation. When she moved back to her hometown of Effingham, IL in 2013 she began teaching Yoga and leading a community meditations. She completed the 200 hour and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with West East Yoga in St. Louis, MO and continues to study and practice daily. She is passionate about creating events that build community and develop connection and awareness. She is also a devoted mother of three and a loving wife to her husband, Erich. Yoga is her passion and her medicine. |

A healing session with Kaycie can be tailored to your needs. Yoga, meditation, breath work, Reiki, reflexology, Thai Chi, Tarot/card reading, and coaching in self healing. Kaycie enjoys working with seekers who are open to and excited about spiritual growth and self mastery. Kaycie offers in-person healing sessions by appointment only at Hazel Jayne Village in downtown Effingham. See map below for details.
