It makes sense to take a little time each day to get out of our minds and into our bodies. In reality the body-mind is one, but we often live as if they are separate. One way to bring ourselves back to a place of wholeness is to simply pause and breathe deeply. Just a few minutes of deep breathing can help us feel connected and centered.
