Second Chance Fitness has put a little pep in my step! Over the last 5 months I have been able to learn a great deal about the gym & fitness. It has helped a bunch that Second Chance has an amazing tribe that can offer valuable resources and education to myself and the community. My knowledge of yoga & body movement blends well into fitness training and it is only natural for me to blend all components and share my knowledge to the community as well.
One on One Personal Training
Peronal Train with me at Second Chance Fitness. Getting set up with a personal trainer is a great way to start a new adventure. Learn a foundation with a Trainer, so that you can feel comfortable and safe when you work out on your own. Develop a lifelong plan to meet your personal goals!

Group Fitness Bootcamp
Another option to get into the gym and make a difference is by joining the Bootcamp group training sessions. Currently, there is a Bootcamp in session for the summer months. A new Bootcamp will kick off Monday August 5, 2019

JOIN ME in this 6-week Summer Boot Camp interval training! This is open to the public and you get some AMAZING perks. Such as, 2 month access to Second Chance 24-hr gym, options to take other weekly classes & other boot camp slots, showers, and access to some top notch local trainers.
Gather your friends and sign up for the 6 week boot camps beginning June 10th! You may also sign up with another trainer if my time slot does not work for you. Limited spots are available for each trainer.
This series with me focuses on burning calories, endurance, flexibility, & strength! The small group environment promotes accountability, motivation, results, AND FUN!
BUILD YOUR TRIBE!
Human touch is a powerful tool and I am inspired to create a safe place where one can deeply relax and release tension that forms in the body & mind. During your session with me, it is best to wear comfortable, baggy clothes. The session is done fully clothed on a padded mat. I use my hands to apply full body weight in sitting, kneeling, and standing postures and integrate deep compression, acupressure/point work, &reflexology along the energetic pathways of the body.
After your session, you may experience increased flexibility, joint mobility, improved circulation, pain reduction, a deep sense of grounding, and optimized detoxification. Through healing touch, I hope you meet your desired outcome, so that you can live your best life. See you soon!
