Holidays are here and the rush has begun. Rushing from store to store with our lists and traveling from house and house to gather with family and friends.
I invite you to a 1-hr Yoga class that allows you to push those lists away. To create silence and time for yourself. It is easy to be thankful. Every morning and every night I give thanks. However, the acts of Gratitude take practice just as the movement of yoga takes practice. You must be able to know gratitude before you can show gratitude.
This class is created for you and a friend to come join me. I will teach a few breath techniques that keep you calm in the midst of the holiday rush. The class will be a gentle flow class that allows you to connect a yoga pose with the breath.
The only requirement is that you must be able to get up and down from the floor on your own. If you feel that requirement is a challenge for you let me know and I will schedule an additional public class!
