Yoga is an activity that aims to release the stress that we are feeling, there will be no space for that stress and a refreshing feeling will be the effect of yoga. The different position that we will do will be the foundation of relaxation and that is an important factor that we all should follow honestly. I will be an influence to the people that surrounds me and that is a promise that I will keep for the rest of my life.
