Start the day with gentle & mindful movement and meditation. Jolene will start the class with gentle spinal movement, stretches, and breath-work. The group will then be guided into meditation & deep relaxation, so that you can absorb the vibrations & sounds of the Sun Gong. The gong is a tool to enhance meditation with its mysterious sound that is atmospheric and soothing. It will allow you to absorb what you need in the moment.
