My wild spirit taps into the unknown.
I dig my toes into the dirt
and let my hair whip into the wind.
I am wild and I am free.

$9 reminded me to live a life with an attitude of gratitude.
These last few months I have been trying to teach myself where to where to direct my energy. It is easy for many people to watch my journey and tell me I am "to this" or "to that" or "I am chasing something" or "Im to emotional" or "I'm looking for the greener grass".
I believe since March my life has been a "retrograde" which has been perfect for me to sit back and study, study, study. Trying to connect with myself & community to support my life to be sustainable and abundant. Damn these last few months have been scary and have brought out a lot of emotions and fear. Which has taught me that the only person that can pity myself, is me. The only person who can put me into a life I want, is me.
I hit the lottery a few weeks ago that I have been trying to win. I drove 45 minutes to make $9. 1 person showed up for my yoga workshop and the unbelievable happened. All the knowledge that has come before me, came through me, and changed a man’s life for the better. In a matter of a few seconds I saw it and I felt his positive energy start to radiate. Just like the feeling you get when you see the sun after a weekend of rain.
At the age of 35, I found certainty that is exactly what I am supposed to do with my life. That $9 gave me courage to let go of anything that no longer serves me, so I can keep an attitude of gratitude. If there is someone or something that questions how I live my life or make me feel guilty for my values than I need to release it with love.
SoundHealing Apprenticeship Immersion
I got to meet Kennedy at Lovelight Festival 2017 in Maryland. The one thing that I remember the most about him is his gentle and very patient nature. Something that I resonate with almost instantly. Kennedy explains,
"Sound Healing can spread peace and serenity to the planet, and tell the world what no words can say. By encouraging a meditative silence to blossom in the people, we can show others that everlasting peace emerges from within. This program will present to you a unique perspective to designing your own career in sound healing. You Can play music for a living, while supporting the spiritual well-being of others.
This is a non-scientific, non-theoretical approach to the rapidly emerging field of musical mindfulness. My devotion is purely focused on encouraging an experience of inner peace. It is designed to support a meditative blissfulness in both participant and practitioner, as well as creating a viable and sustainable occupation and offering to the world what it truly needs...an opportunity to relax."
This coming up weekend I get to explore Kennedy's brain and sound experience. Giggity!
Basically what I am saying is that I will be providing sound vibrational experiences and I hope you will catch the gong wave with me. So stoked with what this apprenticeship holds for me.
Sullivan friends I am back in the area and for the next couple of days Im looking to give Thai Yoga Massage for free. June Special! Feel free to text me your schedule immediately because I know I will get busy.
I was able to attend a few of Christian de la Huerta's evening workshops at Kindness Yoga in Denver, CO and I will never forget the healing, awakening experience I had for my soul. I hope on day I will get to make it to his retreats. Clicking on Soulful Power will take you to Christian's website.
