Jolene loves yoga and has committed her life to learning and giving back to her community. She is a combat veteran, a fur parent and recently has fallen in love with her (((SUN GONG))). Jolene teachers various types of yoga in Sullivan, Effingham, Decatur, & Champaign.
Yoga is a tool for mind and body health just as a toothbrush is a tool for dental hygiene. You can skip a morning brush but overtime you will get a cavity. If you skip mind body connection issues will build in the tissues. Breathe. Move. Connect.
Lori Shasteen: Yoga
Lori is a life long resident of Sullivan, hopes to share her love of Yoga with others in the community and nearby. After practicing Yoga for 5 years with various instructors she completed her 200 RYT in May of 2018. Yoga is important for many aspects of life physically and mentally such as maintaining balance, flexibility, strength, muscle tone and bone health. Yoga creates a mind body connection and assists people in coping with the difficulties of everyday life. Lori hopes to improve your life through Yoga. Please join Lori for one of her beginner level Yoga classes in Sullivan at the Masonic Temple. Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
Nancy Craig: Yoga
Nancy lives in the small farming community of Sullivan, IL. She discovered yoga about 25 years ago, and dabbled in it on and off for a long time. After a serious health issue, she found wellness and wholeness through a routine yoga practice which led her to go through certification in the winter of 2018. Since returning to health Nancy says, “not only do I live but I thrive"! She acquires a passion to be athletic, and embraces a holistic approach to wellness through nutrition, exercise, and increased spiritual connection. Yoga is a perfect answer for the healthy lifestyle and looks forward to meeting you and helping you on your path to health and wellness. You can find Nancy teaching yoga at her church and randomly subbing for Jolene!
Rebecca Dickens: Nutritional Therapy
Rebecca moved back to her home town of Sullivan, Il after 25 years in New Mexico to pursue her passion for helping people and nutrition as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. The NTP program she is enrolled in offers specific tools for assessing the body’s nutritional deficiencies using the body’s innate intelligence, and addressing those weaknesses through properly prepared, whole foods and lifestyle changes. Rebecca dreams of setting up a nutritional therapy and wellness business in Sullivan when she graduates. In the meantime, she is taking practice clients and loves talking about nutrition, wellness and spirituality to like-minded people. Check out her business
