Yoga for Athletes
Saturdays (Starting May 2022) 10:30 - 11:30 am This is an intermediate level Yoga class for athletes, runners, weight lifters, and experienced movers who want to get to know their bodies better. We will approach Yoga as body awareness training that will entail breathing exercises, mobility work for shoulders and hips, and deep relaxation at the end. |

Kundalini Yoga with Kaycie

Kundalini yoga is a type of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine. As Kundalini yoga awakens this energy, it’s supposed to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego. Sometimes, Kundalini Yoga is also called “yoga of awareness.”
