SoundHealing Apprenticeship Immersion

I got to meet Kennedy at Lovelight Festival 2017 in Maryland.  The one thing that I remember the most about him is his gentle and very patient nature.  Something that I resonate with almost instantly.  Kennedy explains,
​"Sound Healing can spread peace and serenity to the planet, and tell the world what no words can say. By encouraging a meditative silence to blossom in the people, we can show others that everlasting peace emerges from within. This program will present to you a unique perspective to designing your own career in sound healing. You Can play music for a living, while supporting the spiritual well-being of others. 
This is a non-scientific, non-theoretical approach to the rapidly emerging field of musical mindfulness. My devotion is purely focused on encouraging an experience of inner peace. It is designed to support a meditative blissfulness in both participant and practitioner, as well as creating a viable and sustainable occupation and offering to the world what it truly needs...an opportunity to relax."

This coming up weekend I get to explore Kennedy's brain and sound experience.  Giggity!

Music Talent

In my family you either have it or you dont.  Well maybe I am the only one and believe me I have tried.  My vocals are scattered.  I can name a tune with 3 seconds of the first chord but matching my voice to a tune is nail scratching!  In 2013 I had my first experience with sound healing with a precious soul, Ananda Glick.  The experience was life changing and from there I have always watched for events that included sound healing or sound baths.  When I moved to Illinois in 2014 Amara Yoga & Arts took me under their wings and gave me the opportunity to teach Yoga Nidra with the Chicago's Gong Lab hosted by Shu Shubat and Oliver.  Like Whoa Dude.  Im hooked. 

Shout out to my to the connector, David Martin, who stayed patient with me during my Gong shopping and decision making.  If you know me at all you know how a research may take this gal.  AND I am okay with that!  

Basically what I am saying is that I will be providing sound vibrational experiences and I hope you will catch the gong wave with me.  So stoked with what this apprenticeship holds for me.
