These last few days I have got my cravings more under control. I started of with a 5 day cleanse by Young Living. I was actually very surprised by how easy this cleanse was to adopt. Every time I started to get hungry it was time to start the next step of the cleanse and then drink the shake. I realized that doing cleanses in the winter make more sense to me. I tend to sleep in a little longer and go to bed a little earlier with the shorter daylight hours.
After my cleanse I went back to taking my Pacha Protein shakes in the morning by Sarvaa Superfood. It is a great shake to throw together when you are on the run and don't have time for a meal. It makes your hair shiny and nails feel strong. I have added fruits and veggies to these powders but honestly you can get away with adding milk or a substitute. I add unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
